Last minute bookings are not possible on particular spot. Why?Each destination has a so called lock-up period. This is an arbitrary number of days configured by the station manager. For booking partners it is not possible to create, modify or cancel bookings within this period. You may ask the station's owner to lower this value and give you the chance for last minute bookings. How can I delete old rentals?Any newly created rental can be deleted again. Deleting is not possible any more when bookings exists for the rental - even if they are cancelled. If the rental becomes unavailable (e.g. sold or damaged) adjust the availability date accordingly. Expired rentals will be automatically removed with the regular archiving schedule. Why can't you send me login data of my booking partners?The cebra system is used by many suppliers and tour operators. Your booking partners may have access not only to your spot. Therefore we must not disclose login data of any cebra user to other cebra users. If you want to enable access for a new partner just provide contact information to cebra support. We will send the logins directly to your partner. |
